Useless insurance company

Yeah whatever, I have been with miway 3 full years and this is the thanks I get. The damages to my car cost 13 000 and I have to pay 7 500 and miway pays what? 5 000? this is a joke. over 25 000 of premiums for this? My excess is 5 000 and all of a sudden an amended policy is sent to me stating i have to pay an additional 2 000. Thanks for nothing miway! I still maintain ******* insurance company. To think I even referred some of my friends and family members to you! How in the hell does it even make sense that if I had bumped another car I will pay only 5 500 excess but because i bumped a dog (a puppu at that) i need to pay an additional 2 000? Explain that to me? I am so hurt! stupid insurance company!!!!
