Useless insurance

My mother is having an insurance with Miway. In January she drove into a pothole and the rim got damaged. She contacted the insurance to inform them and to be assisted with a claim that will get her rim repaired. She was informed of the excess and since then nothing happened. She kept trying to get the rim repaired but every time she calls she is given a run for her money. On Wednesday 2020 March 18 I sent an email to *** at 13:59 but still nothing happened. My mother is driving around inconvenienced without a spare wheel. I advised her against miway and now I believe I was right. All miway does is collect premium and are not prepared to render assistance to its clients. I do not see value for my mothers money here.
