USELESS INSURANCE
I am a Miway customer for almost 5yrs now with no accident claim. My car broke down in Dec 2019 & I Couldn't find parts since it was on back order. I called my insurance to assist since i was stuck & because i have a car hire on my policy,to my suprise , they refused to help & left me stranded even though i never claimed for 4yrs. its not like i was asking them to pay for my parts, i just wanted them to assist me while i was waiting for the parts to arrive but nope, they didnt even go an extra mile to assist. USELESS INSURANCE
