Useless inaurance company

I reported miway inaurnce on hello peter and as usual i was called with an apology and given an email adress that does not work I am so disgusted with miway i alredy spend R1800 for my own towing and i dont evens want to talk about the airtime

My boys are still so traumatised about what they witnessed the day miway disappointed us with the horrible service

The ony thing i want is to cancel and go back to my previous insurance that never gave me any issues for the years i have been with them

I know i will get another call and some more empty promises but mi way is useless they have no humanity
