useless & ******, no service..pathetic

<p>Most horrifying and useless service received from Mahlatse Mathiba. He is so rude,not customer service orientation who also reports to Kgothatso Mokgatlha, a manager who is not available to see what a joke of business they are running. I have been calling over two weeks to correct info on my policy, I keep getting we will call back. Now my c track locator not active of which if there's a claim they won't even look at me. Matters worse my acc was debited again on wrong day, incorrect amount bt actually have no cover because of the c track locator clause. It's hopeless, I actually want to cancel my policy, there's no value for my money there. Rotten service, Mahlatse did not even give me the option to cancel or speak to Kgothatso to cancel. I demand cancellation and refund- policy ********** 9. I'm actually spending more on calls, it's not worth it. Miway don't deserve a star, -100</p>
