Useless company

This is the worst company to have an insurance with.I had an insurance with them for the past five years only to realise something this morning. I had a blow up with my microwave over the week-end with the load shedding. I put in a claim only to be told that my excess is R1500 on a microwave that costs R1700.00 Wheres the logic.. A total *******. Please dont deal with them unless you have read through the finer details properly.There are other companies that can give better benefits..
