Useless chat service
<p>It has been a day since I have requested for a call back. I have downloaded an App that is useless I cannot even submit a claim because my details are not updated under my profile. How pathetic is this..... I have been on the chat site since 13h04 and I have been position 1 in the queue since then till now 14h40. Why promote a communication channel that is not being attended to by anyone.</p>
