Useless

<p>So one of Miways beloved clients bumped into me and my boyfriend on the 24th March i phoned the same day to request information and the claim number. After submitting all necessary information and following up every now and again I am completely dissatisfied with the service of Michelle who sends 3 word replies and doesn't know what the word TCF/following up with a client means .</p> <p>It has now been more than 3 MONTHS after I made that very first call and all Michelle had to say in her latest response is "sent for Authorization" this was a week ago!!!</p> <p>I myself work in the Insurance industry but never would I have thought that IGNORING clients emails or 3 worded responses is part of how you choose to run your company.</p> <p>Resolve your staff issues and follow up with me that's all I'm asking For!</p> <p>If I have not recieved a response that I am satisfied with this would not be the last complaint that I lodge! </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Kind Regards :)</p> <p>A very annoyed third party!</p>
