USELESS

<p>I have never in my life had such bad service. I never get feedback, I am still waiting for a letter to be sighned off by a manager to send to MFC so they dont deduct any more payments for a car thats been written off, i have called i have emailed i have repeated myself again and again, i am so frustrated with the level of cutomer service that i just cant deal with you people any more!!!! How difficult is it to give feedback, how difficult is it to get a stupid piece f paper sighned off!! its been 2 weeks now that i have been batling with you people, Sanet said she sent the doccs, MFC say they never received it, Prudane that works with Sanet confirmed the letter was never sent to MFC, then i called at 9 this morning and i am still waiting for this stupid letter to be changed, signed and sent to me so we can close this off. Then i keep getting calls from you to assis in getting a new car, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I EVEN WANT TO STAY WITH YOU!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>annoyed, frustrated and just sick and tired!!!!</p>
