Upset and waiting to finalise claim
I am still awaiting a call back to conclude on my claim. My claim agent has gone awol and I am still sitting and waiting for someone to come back to me. Can someone please prioritize to call me so I can finalise the claim?

I am extremely unhappy and if it were not for my open claim I would have left for another far better insurance. This is totally unacceptable! Is this how you treat your loyal customers?! I would not recommend you to anyone!
