Upon receiving a phone call regarding my claim, I was assisted by Tsakani Mabungu-baloyi. She was very helpful at first, however, during the call, she stopped listening to me and seemed distracted, this started after I heard her laughing on the phone and saying something in the background, then pause.... After this, when I asked her a question, she didn't even listen to what I was asking and spoke about something else. This is the 1st time I dealt with this kind of poor service and I am not very impressed by this level of unprofessionalism from a reputable insurer like MiWay Insurance.
