Updating of policy

I had to add 2 items to my policy and chose to do so via Miways website in order to save time. While I was there I noticed a few other things that needed updating and started making changes when there was one text block that was a required field but I was unable to type in. I noticed the \Chat to a consultant"on the bottom right corner of the screen and decided to give it a try. My consultant Katlego not only assisted with updating what I was not able to but also assisted me with some advise about ensuring that my policy was as up to date as possible and managed to resolve a pro-rata discrepancy that arose from adding new items to my policy before amending my existing policy.
