Update of detail
The lady by the name of Zodwa.
she called me and I was so stressfull about an sms I received from MiWay that I did not pay my premiums.Firstly she help calmed me down and made me laugh :) and then we went through with the process.Normally i am an impatient person but with her I was so calmed and patient (Surprisingly).She helped me with my request and I am happy.
