Dear Sir/Madam,

I needed to send you this email to commend you on an amazing Phemelo Khunou

As you know since last Wednesday I had issues with getting someone to assist me getting low premium and unfortunately the problem was not resolved ,due to unforeseen reasons had not been resolved.i spoke to Phemelo Khunou this morning that really left me amazed and restored my faith in people because as you know we live in a very self centered society today! Phemelo Khunou took responsibility and ownership of the problem and helped me until it was fixed! I have financial issues so I desperately needed my premium to go low there were no moods, ill feelings, Phemelo Khunou put a smile on their faces and he was determined to solve the issue.

I’m so grateful to Phemelo Khunou going the extra mile,I wish more teams would aspire to do the same!
