UNWANTED POLICY GIVEN TO ME

I chatted with one Thabi today requesting cancellation of my policy as I sold the car. In a typical sales person style, she wanted to know reasons for my cancellation.

To cut long story short,she instead created a very expensive policy for me,which I am NOT PAYING as I clearly want out. SPOKE TO ONE SENIOR AGENT BONOLO MAGAGULA to that effect. I know these are tough times, but please fix this mess now
