<p>Can somebody please pass these message to MiWay i want people to know how bad they mistreat people i have been insured with them since May 2016 Policy Number : ********** 6 and May 2017 my premiums went up from R1330 to R1910, without notifying nor alerting me of such increase and when i query they told me they notified me via e-mail and when i dispute that they cannot validate that claim instead they resend me a cover letter dated 30/05/2017 and Thelma told me straight me straight that i will not have it miway as i see the originaly mail they claimed to have sent, Nomasonto,Nkosi & Thelma would be the fall of miway i promise them that i've never dealt with such rude people as a paying customer, i'm definitely leaving them but i just want people to know that they not what they claim to be and their customer service is so poor,you never get through to them i'm so done with them.
