UNTRUSTED, UNRELIABLE INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

My claim was rejected based on assumption that my husband was not the driver of our car n claiming that someone else was <br> was the driver. I regret the day I rejoined Miway after leaving it, n also recommending & referring my family n friends to it thinking it's a good insurance. But I will make sure all the people I referred to Miway cancel their policies & I will make sure that non of the people I know joins Miway to avoid unfair treatment n disappointment. I never expected this from the company that called & convinced me to rejoin them. I'm being informed that the claim is rejected due to the Dishonesty n DIU, what Dishonesty because whatever information provided was true. Meaning we should provide untrue information in order for the claim to be approved because if people tells the truth it is regarded as lies. I was not expecting this kind of treatment from MIWAY. I'm now being told to pay the towing fees, whereas it was not explained the time I took this policy. Please Miway try to be transparent to your client n don't only focus on benefiting & making profit. We r taking this insurances for purposes of being stress-free during times like this not for being frustrated.
