Untrained staff

Was called for a quote, the lady who assisted me needs training. Call was tedious and I had to repeat everything several times and was put on hold twice before I hung up. <br> If getting a quote was this bad, how bad are your claim procedures? <br> No one called back, pathetic service<br> Train your staff, she never heard of Kawasaki and VW sounds like BMW...
