Unsolicited phone calls

I keep getting calls from Call to Save on behalf of Mi-Way. I've probably spoken to about 9 different agents, and I keep asking them to remove me from their database as I'm not interested and then they usually cut the call on me like it's my fault. How do I get them to stop calling? I never requested a quote from them to begin with....so annoying. If anything, this has actually put me off from ever calling them for a quote
