Unsolicited marketing

I was called by a telemarketer from *** to sell me insurance. I did not opt in for any marketing from Miway. When I enquired about where my information was collected from, the person said “the Miway data base” where my info does not belong in the first place. I asked if she could please opt me out and remove my name from the call list, and her response was to put down the phone with no answer, while I was still speaking. Honestly I wasn’t rude or irritated, I asked politely.
