Unsolicited calls and a trap on their feedback form

MiWay called me to offer a short-term insurance quote despite me never requesting one or consenting to contact. When I asked the agent to clarify where they sourced my personal information, they simply said "from our database" and ended the call when I asked again.

I attempted to lodge a formal complaint on their website under the "Have Your Say" feedback option. However, submitting the form requires agreeing to fine print that explicitly grants them permission to process my details for an insurance quote.

Forcing consumers to consent to sales processing just to submit a complaint or compliment is a total disregard for privacy boundaries. I want my details permanently purged from MiWay's databases.
