Unsoliciated Phone calls

When your consultants make unsolicited phone calls, what part of NO do they not understand? I understand that they have to sell but by the 3rd time I've said "no thank you", when do you remain polite, respect the customer and stop using words like "just" and "only"? When do you accept no as a valid response? Don't tell me it will "just" take a minute. You do not get to prioritise my time even if it is "only" a minute. These are deeply misogynistic behaviours. No means no. Every time.
