Unsettled Claim

A claim for sunroof was approved in November 2019 but my car was never fixed. Then hail damage made things worse for me six months later in May 2020 but still the 2nd claim was swiftly approved. When it came to fixing it, my car got written off but I elected to keep it. Until today, over a year of driving with a cudboard & plastic sunroof and six months with damaged body, MiWay hasn't paid out a settlement. In the last month I was sent from pillar to post by various staff (whose names I have) mainly in the claims/assessment department, promising to escalate the matter. But they were hollow promises as I am still struggling in this rainy season.
