Unsettled 3rd Party Claim

I was involved in a minor bumper bashing accident in January 2017, fortunately the other driver admitted guilt and was insured by Miway. After all police official documentation was completed, I begun the claim process. I have been given the run-around since then. I have spoken to 7 different people and each demands the same documents that I have already supp****. The insurance refuses to settle my claim due to "insufficient" documentation, yet I've provided every conceivable document for the claim to be processed. I have now approached the Obudsman and will NOT rest until my claim is settled. Miway insurance does everything in its will to avoid liability but unfortunately this time they've met their match, I will not give-up until my vehicle has been repaired!!
