Unsattisfied

Very very dissapointed with my current experience from miway. How is it possible that you do work with Kroonpanel beaters in kroonstad where the accident occured also where i live for many many years, but now that i need my car to be fixed im left with 2 options Bethlehem and Bloemfontein. So this means i should not only pay my access( my option) but on top of that cough up petrol money to get there be stuck without transport to get back to kroonstad and cough up again to get my car back. I phoned kroonpanel beaters and confirmed miway is part of the panel of insurances so why even if my car is under warranty is this happening. I know for a fact that i will be looking into other insurance companies. Very disgusted to say the least.
