Unsatisfied With Calback Service

Just want to give a thanks to MiWay and their quick response and call back. NOT. I wonder if I would need to claim I it will take me a week to get hold of you. I need to re consider my insurance. And remove your online chat. There is never any response there. Very disappointed in the pad service in getting back to your customers.
