Unsatisfied third part claimant

FOR YOUR INFORMATION CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA.NEVER EVER trust this ****** company called MiWay. They failed to pay damages caused by their insured. I sent them all relevant documents as requested now they are saying I am the one who was wrong and their client is not liable for damages he caused in my car. The accident report says that I as vehicle A diverted to emergency lane to avoid hitting the car in front of me and vehicle B which is their insured followed me and hit my car from behind. They failed to accept that their client did not do proper observation,hence the collision. They put all blames on me because they don't wanna pay all the damages caused by the insured.

I would advise you to not doing business with these ******.They defend their clients even when they are wrong because they do not want to compensate a black man

FYI RSA CITIZENS....I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ONE OF THEIR LEGAL ADVISORS NOT THE ONE WHO WAS ASSIGNED TO DEAL WITH MY CASE. THE GUY TOLD ME I CAN MAKE AS MANY COMPLAINTS AS I LIKE,THEY WILL NEVER PAY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEIR INSURED OR ELSE THEY WILL SEND ME TO THEIR RECOVERIES DEPARTMENT. IMAGINE THEIR CLIENT DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND HE ACCEPTED TO FIX THE MESS HE CAUSED-HE ALSO GOT HOLD OF ME AND ASKED HOW FAR AM I WITH THE CLAIMING PROCESS,SO NOW BECAUSE HE WANTED TO FIX MY CAR THROUGH THEM AS THE INSURED,TO MY CHAGRIN,THEY SAY THEY CANNOT FIX MY CAR I MUST GO BACK AND COME WITH THE EYE WITNESS THEN THEY WILL REVEIW MY CLAIM-THAT TIME THEY HAVE THE ACCIDENT REPORT IN FRONT OF THEM EXPLAINING EVERYTHING...FURTHERMORE " OUR INSURED IS NOT AWARE OF HOW THESE THIRD PARTY CLAIMS WORK" ,CAN YOU SEE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE?..HOW CAN YOU SELL SOMEONE A PRODUCT AND FAIL TO DISCLOSE ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS? THOSE OF YOU THAT WERE INVOLVED IN MY CASE HAVE WON...YOUR COMISSIONS NEXT MONTH WILL BE MORE THAN EVER BEFORE BECAUSE YOU MANAGED TO TWIST EVERTYHING TO YOUR FAVOUR.
