Unsatisfied first time client of Miway

I feel I was blind-side's by Miway. When I took the policy with them it was based on what was explained to me by the agent. And when I received my contract, it was because I believed that everything that was explained to me over the phone, was also All included in the contract. It was when I made a claim that I was told that I should refer to my contract and based on something that I missed, my claim could not be honored. I have decided to cancel my policy due to their lack of transparency. I have lived in my house for many years, and it does not take a genius to know that this gs do deteriorate over time. So I am not sure if they only did this so they can get monthly premiums out of me. But I feel ****med by this insurance company. I regret talking a policy with them. I guess the mistake was mine by trusting the Agent.
