Unsatisfied customer

My claim was approved during February and I took my car for repair on the 2nd of March but I still don't have my car. I am paying for courtesy car but I was given a car for a month. I have been talking to them as I was supposed to go back to work normally mid May and i was promised by miway that they will check with panel beater if they can borrow me the car but am still waiting. I used to recommend people to miway because with my previous incident I was assisted fast and I was updated in everything but after this recent incident I will never recommend anybody and I will also be looking for another insurance. I have to fix a clutch plate for the car that I had borrowed to go to work since I have not been assisted with a car or Uber voucher(as promised).
