Unsatisfactory Service from Miway Insurance

I am not happy with the back and forth I have had to endure with Miway as of the 26th of June. I cancelled my insurance with them and called in for a refund on a premium that had gone off my account, and was told I would be refunded in 3 working days. It is now the 9th of July, and no refunded has come through.

I called them again on the 3rd of July, and was told I would receive the refund on the 5th of July, but still there is nothing. I called again today, 9 July 2019. I was told they are still processing the refund. I would like to think that this service is very pathetic for such a big Insurance company!
