Unsatisfactory Service from miway

<p>i submitted a claim from miway and it was approved, at first i was referrred to a panelbeater in polokwane 100ks from my place (tzaneen) after several call to miway they changed and sent authorisation to a panelbeater in Tzaneen and i was happy. i have been calling the panel beater for several time asking them when must i bring my car, everyday im told same answer " mam we will send you a message" even todate i havent recieved any communique from the panel beater. i called my way with the hope that they will assit with the challenges im experiencing with the panel beater but instead of them to intervene and assit with the frustrations i get from the panelbeater ,they tell me to hold , to my suprise i was transferred to the panelbeater, im not happy with miway anymore. the reason i joined miway i wanted to have peace of mind in situations like these, but instead it makes my life horrible. your service is really bad you dont care about your clients</p>
