Unsatisfactory feedback

Reference/case Number: C*** MR KR Xonti

This is an ongoing case which I reported already. The release forms were completed and submitted 13/11/2025 and I was advised payment will take 10-20 days. There still has been no payment made. I sent an e-mail to Malebana Mohale 04/12/2025 at 12:42 pm and he responded 05/12/2025 09:33am that the he request was sent to the finance department for payment. No payment has been made to date.
