UNSATISFACTORY FEEDBACK

I was involved in an Accident on Tuesday 26, May 2015 whereby my insurance company was contacted (MiWay). I have been hospitalized for 3 Days under the assumption that Miway is taking care of everything. <br> Now that I need a Courtesy Car, I am being told that I have to pay AVIS a fee and a whole lot of other charges which was not in my insurance cover with Miway. My policy states that I would get a courtesy car, I am now using public transport to get around which is not fair on me as I have still not recovered and have also being paying my instalments as per agreement.<br> Its been a week and there's no final decision on my car. Ive been speaking to agents after agents at Miway with no satisfactory responses.
