Unsatisfactory Communication & Assistance!

I was on the whatsapp chat line this morning for over an hour, often had to wait 10-20min for a reply, had 3 different consultants join and leave the chat and had to repeat my repeat myself over and over, it was a complete waste of my time and I felt completely fustrated like I was goin round in circles getting no where!!!!!

if you are going to offer a communication channel you should ensure that the people on the other end are responsive and can get the matter resolved timeously! this matter is making me strongly consider if I want to stay with MiWay or move to another insurer who could offer me better service!
