Unsatisfactory

I submitted a claim for repairs to my vehicle (A window that needs to be replaced to be specific). I have been phoning miway everyday since the day I submitted the claim and everytime im told that someone will contact me (this never happens). Theres a representative assigned to my claim whom ive never heard from. I have sent an e-mail request to be contacted (has not happened).
