Unsatisfactory
At quote stage, it's all sunshine and rainbows. Tables turn at claim stage - they make sure your claim takes even longer 🤦🏾♂️ I have a minor damage and they told me it will take about 4 weeks to get everything done. Not to mention that the excess amount was paid in full.
You don't get things done "My Way" but definitely "Their Absurd Way"
