Unresponsive Claims Advisor & Evasive panel beater

I have one of the worst treatment since I joined MiWay. My vehicle was involved in an accident on 8th July 2016. The claim (Claim No: C750843) was approved and on 22 July 2016 and authorisation given to Renew-It Randburg to commence with repairs. By the 26th July 2016 repairs still hadnt commenced because Renew-It was denying having recieved the authorisation from the MiWay (Claims Advisor- Kefiloe). The email had to be resent on the 26th July wasting a valuable 2 working days. From the day Renew-It commenced with repairs I have gotten absolutely no feedback on progress unless I call them. Attempts to escalate this mater to MiWay are fruitless because Kefiloe is not responding to my emails and not returning my calls - Since 15th August 2016 I have left voice messages and emails with absolutely no feedback. Meanwhile my vehicle is stuck at "assembly" stage on Renew-It website tracking tool for past 18 days. Renew-It is not returning my calls too and not commiting when they will complete my vehicle repairs, this repair meant to take 14 working days and 19 working days have passed already. Can someone from MiWay please take responsibility and manage the repair process with the panel beater who was chosen by them!! It is unfair to me to be chasing after both parties with absolutely no help at all from either party.

My vehicle was returned to me yesterday (22 July 2016), but to my horror there are dents and scratches which were not there before the accident. The Panel beater claims they recieved the vehicle from the towing company with those dents and scratches. I have been refered back to Miway for resolution of this latest problem I now face!. This morning I sent an email attaching the photos of the un-repaired damage to my claims advisor. I attempted calling her but she is not answering. Can the MiWay team please assist in escalating this as in the past I have had to wait for up to 5 working days before getting responses to my email communication. This is taking a huge strain on me as the problems Iam facing dont seem to end. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Miway Team

No One has called me up to now.

The seemingly deliberate ignoring of my concerns seems to be persisting. My allocated Claims Advisor is has not responded to my emails about this matter - she also does not answer her phone since Tuesday. No other claims advisor from Miway has contacted me as per your previous response. Can you please excalate this issue please as Iam currently driving a partially fixed car and Miway seems to be not taking my concerns into consideration at all. Could you at the very least provide me with contact details of the superiors of Kefiloe (my allocated claims advisor) as she to takes a very long time to respond to any concern I raise.

I do not think it is Miway's culture to do half jobs on client vehicles and communicate this poorly!!I currently insure my 2 cars with Miway because of the previous good service i have recieved in the past but this is the worst experience I have had with MiWay to-date, and I wonder what is causing this this time around! Can this problem be escalated to the correct levels for resolution please!
