Unresolved/open claim for 11 months and counting.

It has been almost a full year since a submitted a claim to Miway for a person who bumped into me. I took photos of the vehicle, opened a case at the Police Station, submitted my claim to Miway, paid the excess and now I am still waiting for the claim to be resolved.<br> <br> Initially when I contacted Miway they told me that the person who was handling my claim resigned and oops no one took it over, subsequent phone calls always with empty promises and still no resolution. Miway you can listen to the recorded phone calls to get all the history, but the service from Miway has just been terrible with no feedback.
