Unresolved Miway issue

Good morning, In two weeks ago I have written a review regarding Miway, instead of them calling me on how they are going tk solve the issue, they have reply to my review but praysibg their employees abut the excellent service they provided nothing about sorting out my issue till today my Nedbank account is sitting on a minize because of their unoaid debit orders which I canceled many times n reverse many times, please revisit my first review n see what was the issue.
