Unresolved Legal Claim Issue with MiWay

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my legal claim following an accident on 10 January 2019. Although MiWay efficiently processed and settled my initial claim, I have faced significant challenges with the legal team responsible for claiming costs from the driver who collided with my vehicle.

The assigned team has not kept me informed about the progress of my case. I have only received updates when I reached out to them, and since 2023, my emails have gone unanswered.

This situation is particularly frustrating, as I provided all the necessary information regarding the other driver. It is disheartening to see him in our community while my case remains unresolved.

I urge MiWay Legal to address this matter promptly and restore my faith in the South African justice system. Thank you.

I would like to express my gratitude for the prompt and professional response from MiWay. I also appreciate the follow-up.
However, I am facing a slight challenge: if you don’t check in with me, the legal firm handling my case does not reach out. The last communication I received was last week, with a promise that an email detailing the next steps would follow. Prior to that, a representative had assured me she would call back on Monday, 10 February, but I have not received any follow-up.
As of now, I have no tangible feedback regarding my case, only two phone calls without any written documentation. I kindly ask for your assistance in urging the law firm to provide clarity and bring this matter to resolution.
