Unresolved claims

My vehicle was hit by hail storm in December 2022. I submitted a claim which was approved and I was told to take my vehicle to the repairer. The repairer gave me a call in two weeks telling me to collect my vehicle as Miway has not authorised some damages

I contacted Miway who promised to send an assessor to come and physically assess my vehicle but that has not happened to date

My vehicle is not on roadworthy condition because of the damages with broken windscreen and broken side view mirrors
