Unresolved claim

I have a claim where someone bumped into my car on a parking. I struggled to get hold of her as she accepted responsibility to fix the car. She wanted to take my car to a open Panelbeater and I refused. She gave a potion of access. Miway failed to recover the remaining amount. After I was told the case is closed without my knowledge and requested it to be opened. They put me on conference call with the lady who bumped my car. And she told me she wants to take my asset if I take her to court because she's an Artony. The legal advicer of Miway didn't intervene but only said she'll give us feedback once she spoke with her supervisor. It's full two weeks since we spoke. Every time I call Miway, I am told chairmain is out they'll give her a msg. Even today I called but couldn't get feedback bcos she was out.
