Unreliable , Unprofessional Assistance that left me with R9800 Further damage

Warning !!!! , Businesses or Private customers , Stay away from MiWay , You will only Lose BIG ! People , Stay far away from MiWay insurance ! , I was Left stranded next to road for 3 Hours after Miway sent out a Inexperienced ***** guy out as Roadsode assist , I struck a pothole and the contractor Miway sent firstly did not come in a vehicle equped for roadside assistance, He changed the wheel to my spare , However the spare was flat He refused to take wheel to garage to inflate as he was not equipped , He said i must drive on the flat spare, and he will follow me to garage, getting to garage immediately he said " now its a "towing job", That is when i realised , he wanted to make sure he gets a towing job as surely insurance pays him more for towing than just a roadside assist , When i confronted him on it he quickly put job as done on app and left, So 3.5 hours later im still stranded at filling station and 17 calls to Myway , No help was provided, And now i have two tyres and rims damaged R9800 damages and , 5 days later they call me at 21:00 just to let me know that theres nothing they can do re repair due to their ***** cheap Dispatcher they used So 5 days from incident they did not bother to assist or to get me to a garage to get repair done. I have signed up with them 2022 , and never claimed before, but the day you need them they avoid it at all cost leaving you stranded , and with excess of R9000 damages due to their own unprofessional inexperienced " so called roadside assist " If You want to be left stranded and suffer loss and Get zero for your premiums , then this company will be for you , from the call centre to their contractors is untrained inexperienced who absolutely does not care to provide service you pay for. im sure they are doing this regularly !!! Im in process of taking my matter legal !!

I would not be at all surprised if this company is next to close , With NO SERVICE. Signing up for insurance , you do it to get peace of mind , One doesnt expect their ***** contractors will leave you with more damages they wont take responsibility for , Choose wisely when getting insurance, This company will leave you out of pocket , like they did with me ,
