Unreliable insurance company - run as far as possible

After 7 years of being with MiWay paying my premiums and being loyal i get the biggest slap on my face. They are adding additional accesses fees when i eventually claim.

I have been referring my family and friends to them and now I regret even moving over to them. With 3 vehicles insured with them, I feel so betrayed and ******** in a way.
