Unreliable insurance

I am so so saddened and disappointed by the service I got from Miway,I claimed for a phone that got damaged,I was called by Tshepo Temane and he advised me today to take my phone in at any IStore to have the phone assessed but advised that I should wait for a call from Istore and wow? what I got was actually an sms from We Fix,first thing first,We Fix only uses generic parts,secondly,I Phone/Apple terms and conditions do stipulate that should anything happen to your phone and you use other parts there might be problems to your phone,so here I am thinking I’m paying ‘genuine’ insurance but it’s actually not doing things “Miway” but “Their way” maybe you guys should also consider changing the name of your insurance company cause you don’t live up to the ‘heaven and earth’ that you promise us when we sign up
