unreliable company to do business with

Miway phoned me to send my car for inspection at PG glass Nelspruit, I did so on 28 January 2018 and PG glass sent them the inspection report. To my surprise they keep sending me emails and smses telling me I should sent my car for inspection because I might face challenges when claiming. I responded to Miway several times with emails. but they never stop sending the smses. I have complained before about Miway for not responding to emails, seemingly communicating with emails to them is non existence because they just ignore them. but they want me to respond to their emails and smses.
