Unreliable assessors

I have complained last month, my car is partially sorted. The damage to my window is worse, can't even open the window now. I have informed them until this day they didn't even bother to contact me. Useless and waste of money. 1st ever claim and they recovered all the money from the third party but still treat me this way. They didn't even lose anything, ma the one who lost and struggling.
