Unreasonable Quotations

I have been a client of MIWAY insurance for the past 6 years never once claimed and always paid on time. Today I attempted to get a quotation from them for a car that I have purchased Hyundai I 30, and the quote me at around R1100.00. I informed the consultant that this is ridiculous I had already gotten insurance quotes from other car insurance companies and was quoted less than R600.00 per month for the same cover. They then dropped their prices to R890.00. I feel that MIWAY is becoming a *******. I have thus cancelled my insurance with MIWAY for my current car with immediate effect and am still awaiting a consultant to call me to find our what the reason is. You are quick to take your clients money but your retention's needs a lot of work.
