Unreasonable Premium

I was not happy with my premium, my car is paid off and i felt my premium was just too high.I contacted Mi way to review my policy.I spoke to the consultant came down marginally to R760, i was still not happy, she put me through to her senior manager Maitumelo who was willing to assist, you could even hear with her tone of her voice that she was happy and cares more about me as a client, she addressed me by my name and ask me to give her an opportunity to assist, which she did and my premium went down to R650. <br> <br> She is the reason why people stayloyal to the company, where the interest is not only on making the company money but to do what is best for its customer. <br> <br> Big up to you Maitumelo, Mi way just scored 100 points.
