Unreasonable

I have 2 vehicles insured with miway first accident claim with the they reject it with an unreasonable conclusion that I could not take necessary precautions to prevent an accident. what is an accident? According to my knowledge its something or an incident that is unpredictable and its an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury. Mi way has definitely failed to consider the main factors of an accident. the reason I was given telephonic-ally without any proof provided by the investigator was that I had collided with the object while driving at a 97 km/hr in a 60 km /hr zone which to me remains unfounded without any proof that is accurate and precise. I am very disappointed with this insurance.
